Wheelie Bright Metal Polishing started as a small side line business to my normal day to day job as a Logistics Manager for a transport company in Christchurch. In 2016 I purchased an Aussie Rim Shine machine and started to try and make a go at making the transport industry a little brighter, one shiney rim at a time. After not being completely happy with all of my results I started investigating and investing in different gear and learnt about sanding and high speed polishing, which in turn had its benefits by being able to not only do truck rims but also bumpers, fuels tanks and many other truck parts that are Aluminium or Stainless Steel. In 2019 I took another step in making the business what it is today by going out on my own and making it a full time business. Being your own boss has its ups and downs but I wouldn't change it for the world. After driving trucks myself here in New Zealand and also the USA and Australia I know how much pride both men and women take in their rides as most of the time its like their second home. This is where I have been able to create a business and my lifelyhood by being able to help people out in making their rides look sharp and like new. Without everybody's help and support in this industry I wouldn't be able to do my job and what I love. Over the last year or so with Covid playing its part in our day to day life, I want to thank everybody for their ongoing support and allowing me to continue and keep my small business running.
